1. RULES:
1.1 The regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS)
for 2001-2004, the prescriptions of US Sailing, the ISSA Procedural
Rules, the PCISA Supplemental Rules, the rules of the CFJ class; and
this Notice of Race (except as any of these are changed by the
Sailing Instructions); and by these Sailing Instructions.
1.2 Each boat will be required to display issued bow numbers at
the prescribed position
1.3 Each boat must display CF numbers and current year sticker.
Boats without current valid registration will not be allowed in the
rotation and the team supplying the boat will be unable to sail.
2. ELIGIBILITY, ENTRY & ENTRY FEE
2.1 These Regattas are open to High School Teams who are current
members of the PCISA. Eligible teams may enter by filing an entry
with the designated host club, using the accompanying entry form.

is to cover the cost of trophies and bow numbers
2.3 Eligible schools may enter as many teams as they chose. If
your school does not have sufficient sailors to form the necessary
teams, we will attempt to "mix and match" sailors from different
schools.
3. BOAT:
3.1 Each entered team is responsible for providing one class
legal CFJ with current valid registration stickers, and one class
legal set of sails (main and jib). There will be no rotations in
