Qualifier for the High School Single-handed Nationals - Cressy Trophy
LASER FULL RIG AND LASER RADIAL

October 4-5, 2003

Saturday: Overcast and light southerly in the morning building and shifting to the west. Mid 70’s temperatures. First races in 6-8 knots building to 10+ knot westerly for the afternoon races. 8 Races on Saturday.

Sunday: Very light first two races (3-6 knots) from the North West shifting left to the South West and building to 12-15 knots for the final races. No protests.

Thanks to US Sailing Judges Margaret Caddle and Grant Baldwin who were on the water and issued several warnings about Rule 42 as well as Latham Bell who assisted with hearings.

Congratulations to the top three in each class (Full Rig and Radial) who qualify for the ISSA Single-Handed Championships (Cressy) next month in St. Petersburg Florida.
