PCISA Sends 3 Teams to Baker Finals
After a 2 hour delay due to stormy weather, the RC led by Brent Boyd,
set a "digital N" course and banged out 29 races (2 round robins) to
determine the 3 teams to move on to the Baker Finals. The wind was out
of the south at 20 but slowly died down, giving the competitors great
breeze to practice their team race skills. Small right shifts kept the
RC on their toes, but cooperating sailors and rotations enabled all
the races to get done in time - and everyone got Sunday off!
Final results:
Point Loma: 10-0
Newport Harbor: 7-3
Corona del Mar: 6-4
Uni- San Diego: 5-5
Coronado: 2-8
Redwood: 0-10
