Many thanks to the Balboa Yacht Club for hosting SoCal #5. There were 10 entries (6 Varsity and 4 JV). The sailors encountered a full range of conditions from 16 knots to 3 knots, 80 degree windshift and strong outgoing current that made for some interesting starts. A total of 8 races were run.
