NOTICE OF RACE

VENUE:

The regatta will be sailed in Flying Juniors on Redwood Creek in Redwood City, CA. Boats will be launched at the Public Ramp at the end of Chesapeake Blvd. All boats will be kept in the water Saturday night at the Sequoia Yacht Club docks. Shower facilities will be available at Sequoia Yacht Club.

RULES:

The regatta will be governed by the ISSA Procedural Rules (as modified by the PCISA), the 1997-2000 Racing Rules of Sailing, the prescriptions of US SAILING; the rules of the CFJ class or PCISA regarding collegiate FJ's (except as any of these are altered by the Sailing Instructions, or the ISSA Procedural Rules); and by the Sailing Instructions.

FORMAT & ELIGIBILITY

GOLD/SILVER Format will be used per the PCISA Procedural Rules. For fleet placement/eligibility questions, please contact Tim Hogan at timhogan@warmingtonhomes.com.

BOATS

Each team is responsible for providing one class legal CFJ, sails will be provided by PCISA for this event. Out of town schools may contact Tim Hogan for help with charters: <timhogan@warmingtonhomes.com> Stanford will be providing a number of boats for charter, but PCISA via Tim Hogan are responsible for allocation of these boats.

The entry form for ALL TEAMS - Gold and Silver - must be completed and returned to Stanford. Fee: $25/team for entries received prior to Feb. 16, $35/team otherwise.

TROPHIES

Trophies will be awarded to teams placing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Low point awards will be given to the winning crew from each division.
